Realizing and knowing about this matter, the staff and officers of Constructon Vietnam Company has kept learning, creating to join commercial electrical public in the world. However, while doing this, we have many difficulties. This is the result from poor and old-fashion economy. We lack well-educated labour resources and size to produce. More importantly, we are lack of capital, especially dollars which are supported by American government. We has waited for a long long time but it is in vain. A lot of peaple compare us with day-dreamers. But we are always optimistic and happy. One day, a person will help our dream come true.
